CONGRATULATIONS to the Crown and Manor U15's team on winning the U-15 B&C Division Cup.
Crown and Manor came out victorious against Pro Power Dragons in a scrappy Cup final.
The first half saw Crown and Manor dominate in pocession and in chance but it was Pro Power Dragons who took the lead through an own goal from a corner. Crown and Manor brought the game level through a fantastic free kick from Ozcan Guneysu.
At the beginning of the second half saw Crown and Manor dominate again, but same story as the first half saw Pro Power Dragons take the lead through a brilliant solo goal. Crown and Manor kept pressing for a goal throughout the second half, Substitute Joel Shoyemi found space about 6 yards out to calmly place the ball in the back of the net to bring the score to 2-2.
Pro Power Dragons came more into the game towards the last 10 minutes of the second half and really had Crown and Manor under pressure, with all the pressure Pro Power Dragons were unable to find a goal and the full time whistle came and into extra time the game went.
First half of extra time was pretty open with both teams having their fair share of chances but nothing to show for on the score sheet, the ball get played into Ozcan Guneysu about 20 yards out his touch take the ball high but with good composure he hits it on the volley and over the keeper and into the back of the net. 3-2!
Second half of extra time but saw Pro power Dragon pressure Crown and Mnaor for most of the half, but they were unable to find a way through the defence and the game ended 3-2.
The game ended 3-2 and Crown and Manor were crowned cup Champions.
Congratulations to Che Clarke on picking up man of the match.
